Completely renovated apartment from the early 1900s located in the historical center of the town. This classical building is also being upgraded with an elevator that is expected to be running soon. The apartment, located on the first floor, is accesible during the works but during that period we do not advise it for elderly or people with reduced mobility.
The apartment has a bit of everything you can need. We provide bed linen, towels, amenities, hairdyer, iron, dishwasher (with tabs) a washing machine and a private inner court with a linen hanger to dry your clothes. There is also a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules at your disposal. A fully equipped kitchen and a folding table than can easily welcome 10 people is also available.
The apartment is located in a lively area, in particular during the weekends. People in La Rioja are famous party, food and wine lovers and they party until late, particularly during the weekends.
The apartment is situated in Calle Sagasta, which was the first main street created at the end of the 19th century to connect the Old Center to the Iron Bridge over river Ebro, on the one side, and the more modern expansion of the city on the other. Very close to the main historical buildings of the city including the Main Cathedral, St James’ Way and famous recreational areas like Calle San Juan and Calle Laurel. Very close to bars, pubs, restaurants and cafeterias it is a very lively area in particular during weekends.
It is very easy to visit and move around Logroño by foot from this central area. 10 minute walk from the bus station; 15 minute walk from the train station. You can park your car at a nearby open air free parking. The apartment is ideally located near the the roads exiting the city by the river, allowing you to easily visit the wine making areas around the capital and the Rioja Alta area, both of which host some of the most impressive wineries in the World (see a selection among our pictures).
